The Lady Bearcats won all six singles matches en route to an impressive 8-1 win over Division II Clarion University.
Both of the top singles matches went to a tiebreaker.
Alexis Cup (#1) won the first set, 6-4 before losing the second set, 1-6. She then came back to win the tiebreaker, 10-7.
In the #2 spot,
Jessa Paruch lost the first set, 4-6, before storming back with a 6-0 win in the second set, followed by a 10-7 tally in the tiebreaker.
Also winning in singles were
Amanda Gans,
Emily Morris,
Nicole Peer and
Stephanie Rubin. Peer remained undefeated on the season in singles.
SVC also picked up a pair of doubles victories.
Kaitlin Wolz and Gans were 8-1 winners, as were Morris and Paruch.
Saint Vincent is now 6-1 on the season and will face their biggest challenge on Wednesday, hosting perennial conference powerhouse Grove City College.
