In their first action in nearly five weeks, the Bearcats were defeated 125-96 at Washington & Jefferson College.
Matt Snelick turned in a pair of first-place finishes for Saint Vincent, winning the 100 Breast with a time of 1:05.17 before capturing the 200 Individual Medley, timed in 2:16.78. Snelick also added a second place finish in the 200 Breast, with a time of 2:24.09, while teammate
Dan Kostovny took third in the event.
Logan Dorminey won the 100 Free, with a time of 53.87 seconds, with
Troy Linebaugh finishing second, timed in 56.30 seconds.
Adam Hodnichak picked up a victory in the 500 Free, with a time of 5:31.07, while he took third in the 1000 Free, with a time of 11:25.70.
In relay action, the Bearcat 200 Free foursome of Dorminey, Hodnichak, Linebaugh, and
Adam Thomas earned first, with a time of 1:37.81.
The Bearcats (0-6) will now look for their first victory of the season next Saturday, traveling to Presidents' Athletic Conference rival Bethany College for a 1pm meet.
