The Saint Vincent women's tennis team defeated conference foe Bethany College on the road by a score of 8-1.

SVC captured all six singles matches in straight sets, with victories by Alexis Cup, Amanda Gans, Morgan Dolinar, Stephanie Rubin, Emily Morris and Jessica McKetta.

In doubles, the teams of Cup/Gans and Dolinar/Jessa Paruch both posted wins.  Rubin and Morris, who came into the match with an 8-1 record in doubles, were up 7-4 but their opponents came back to post a 9-7 win.

The Bearcats are now 10-2 on the season, 3-2 in the Presidents' Athletic Conference.  The team will host Mount Union University on Friday.
