FULL RESULTS

The Saint Vincent swimming teams earned a trio of victories on the day, with the men defeating Bethany College (114-48) and the women earning wins over Bethany (151-70) and host Chatham University (168-79) on the road in Pittsburgh.

SVC captured 23 of 28 swimming events on the day with several team members earning multiple wins.

Sarah Robbins earned wins in the 200 and 500 Freestyle, while teammate Paige Pecora won the 100 Backstroke and 50 Freestyle.  Molly McCloskey was a winner in both the 200 Butterfly and 200 Backstroke.

Casey Whittaker won the 100 and 200 Backstroke for SVC, while Matt Linebaugh captured first in the 50 Freestyle and 100 Butterfly.  Zach Ligus won the 100 Breaststroke and 100 Freestyle.

Henry Signore was unchallenged in three events on the day, the 200 Fly, 200 Breast and 400 IM.

In relay events, Saint Vincent hit the wall first in all four races.

Saint Vincent returns to action next Saturday, January 26 at Westminster in Presidents' Athletic Conference action.
