The Saint Vincent women's tennis team lost to visiting Grove City by a score of 7-2, earning a pair of wins in singles.

Grove City swept all three doubles matches to open the day.  In singles, Susie Ellis was a winner in the #3 matchup, earning 7-5 and 7-6 narrow wins.  In the #5 match, Regina Woloshun lost the first set 6-4 but fought back to win the second, 6-1.  In the third set tiebreaker, Woloshun earned a 10-7 victory.

The Bearcats are now 5-4 overall, 3-2 in the Presidents' Athletic Conference.  The team will host Waynesburg University on Friday afternoon, October 3, at 3:30PM.  Due to anticipated rain, the match has been moved indoors to the Greensburg Racquet Club.
