BOX SCOREGREENVILLE, Pa. (Sept. 25) - The Saint Vincent women's tennis team remain unbeaten in Presidents' Athletic Conference action with a 9-0 victory over Thiel College.
The victory pushed the Bearcats (5-2, 3-0) winning streak to four straight. Thiel dropped to 2-5 overall and 0-4 in the PAC. The match was the second time in three PAC matches that SVC swept the match.Â

Jackii Hauser put together a strong day, breezing to a 6-1 and 6-0 at first singles. Hauser teamed up with sophomore
Susie Ellis for a 8-0 victory at first doubles. Senior
Kylie Auman had no trouble at number two singles, winning 6-1 and 6-1. Ellis pushed her season record in singles play to 6-1 with a straight set victory.Â

Regina Woloshun and sophomore
Maria Gismondi each rattled off straight set victories in the number four through six singles positions. Liberoni and Woloshun won 8-5 at number two doubles, while sophomore
Anita Onufer and Gismondi claimed the number three doubles match, by an 8-2 margin.
The Bearcats face their biggest test of the season to date when they travel to face Westminster College on Saturday, Sept. 27 to face the Titans. Match time is scheduled for 11 a.m.Â
