The SVC women's tennis team dropped a 9-0 decision on the road in Steubenville to Franciscan University.

Using a revamped lineup, SVC stayed close in all three doubles matches but was unable to pick up a win.  The lone set victory by SVC for the day came in the #5 singles match, as Taylor Bruck was a 6-4 winner in the opener before dropping the second set 5-7.  The match went to a tiebreaker, but Bruck fell by a 10-5 margin.

SVC is now 2-2 on the year, and will host Thomas More College on Sunday morning at 8AM in a Presidents' Athletic Conference match.
