After the first three games, seedings were set based on total pins for the fourth round.  SVC was the #3 seed and faced #2 seed Roberts Wesleyan, an NCAA-II school.  The Redhawks held an early 30-pin lead, but strong shooting in the middle frames brought the Bearcats back, led by four straight strikes from
Cassie Murcko.  After 7 frames, the Bearcats had a 40-pin lead.  However, after Murcko struck in the 8th, the rest of the team was unable to convert on spares, while the Redhawks picked up four strikes.  The game turned around in favor of Roberts Wesleyan, and the Bearcats lost their bid to make it to the Championship match by a 22-pin margin, 852-830.  Murcko had the top score with a 209, while Firestone finished with a 194 and Koehler shot a 190.
The Bearcats then finished the tournament - and their season - with the 3rd/4th place match against Pitt-Bradford.  The team started strong and never looked back, going on to an 833-765 victory.  Koehler had five straight strikes en route to a 244, which was the highest game of the tournament and the highest individual game for the Bearcats this season. Â
