The Saint Vincent College women's soccer team hosted Bethany College in a Presidents' Athletic Conference matchup. The Bearcats picked up their first win of the season by defeating the Bison, 2-0.

In the second half, both teams exchanged opportunities but SVC held the 2-0 lead for the first win of the season. The Bearcats outshot the Bison 13-6 and totaled five corners to Bethany's one. Junior
Abigail Johnson picked up her first win of the year as she made five saves in net.
Saint Vincent, Â now 1-10 and 1-2 in PAC play, will travel to Geneva College on Saturday, Oct. 19. Start time is 3 p.m.Â
