The Bearcat women's tennis team was bested by the visiting Franciscan Barons in a Presidents' Athletic Conference match, 9-0.

Saint Vincent struggled to find their footing in doubles play, dropping all three matches. Angela Popovich held strong at first singles, but ultimately dropped her match, 6-2, 6-1. Lauren Hartner played the closest match of the day, a 6-3, 6-2 loss at fourth singles.

The Bearcats now hold a record of 1-3 (1-3 PAC) on the year. The team returns to action this weekend against Bethany for Senior Day. Match time is set for 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 10
