CENTER VALLEY, Pa. (March 27) - The Saint Vincent women's tennis team closed out its 2021-22 season in snowy northeastern Pennsylvania, falling 9-0 to non-conference foe DeSales. 

The Bearcats fell behind 3-0 after doubles play, with the tandems of Maura Skelley/Angela Popovich, Lydia Lieb/Abigail Donnelly and Trinity Miller/Lauren Hartner all falling by 8-2 scores.

DeSales then closed out the victory by taking the first three singles bouts in straight sets, before Lieb fell 8-2, Hartner 8-3 and Donnelly 8-7 (1).

Saint Vincent ended the season with a 5-9 overall record.
