GROVE CITY, Pa. (Oct. 21)- The Saint Vincent men's soccer team fell 5-1 on the road at Grove City Saturday afternoon.

The Wolverines controlled from start to finish scoring three goals in the first half and two goals in the second half.

Jose Hurtado scored the lone goal of the game in the middle of the second half for the Bearcats.

The Wolverines outshot Saint Vincent 20-10 over the course of the contest. Saint Vincent tallied just one corner kick compared to ten from Grove City. The Bearcats totaled five fouls over the course of the game, while the Wolverines committed seven fouls.

Cesar Guerrero recorded three shots for the Bearcats coming off of the bench.
Coeurich Pierre, Gieuseppe Loiacono, and
Andres Mateos Carrion all recorded shots for SVC in the loss as well.
Kameron Rock took the loss in net, making five saves for Saint Vincent.

Hurtado's second half goal for the Bearcats came in the 65
th minute, his third goal of the season which ended the shutout for Grove City.

For Grove City, Luke Kimmich scored two goals, while Ari Campbell, Owen Zimmerman, and Lance Lenosky scored the other goals for the Wolverines.

The Bearcats return to action on Wednesday, October 25 when they play host to Chatham on senior night in their regular season finale. The match is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. at UPMC Field on Wednesday.
