LATROBE, Pa. (Dec. 7)- The Saint Vincent men's swim team earned a slight 148-140 victory over Presidents Athletic Conference rival Washington and Jefferson on Saturday afternoon.

The Bearcats opened the afternoon with a win in the 200-yard medley relay. The team of
Jacob Dzurica,
Liam Randolph,
Hayden Klein, and
Alex Leskovansky swam to a finish of 1:37.96 to earn the win for Saint Vincent.

Robert Harrington picked up the Bearcats first individual win of the afternoon with a win in the 200-yard freestyle event. Harrington raced to a time of 1:49.13 to win the event by two seconds.

Dzurica followed with an individual win in the next event for Saint Vincent. Dzurica picked up a win in the 100-yard backstroke, racing a time of 53.58 seconds, a two-second win in the event for him.

Randolph won the Bearcats third consecutive event in the 100-yard breaststroke. Randolph swam a time of 58.77 to race to the victory by .02 seconds over W&J's Logan Marks. Randolph also picked up a second-place finish in the 200-yard breaststroke later in the day.
Giovanni Guido finished third in that same event (200-yard breaststroke), swimming a time of 2:30.51.

Klein kept the string of wins going for Saint Vincent as he won the 200-yard butterfly. He raced to a time of 2:10.24 to earn the eight second victory in the event.

In the 50-yard freestyle, Dzurica picked up his second individual win and third overall win of the day to that point. He raced to a first-place time of 21.93 edging out Aiden Marks of W&J by a half second.

Harrington continued his big day with two more victories coming in the 100-yard freestyle and 500-yard freestyle events. He raced to a winning time of 50.12 to earn the half second win over Brian Lowry of W&J in the 100-free, while he earned an 11-second victory in the 500-free by racing a time of 5:12.38.

Dzurica won his third individual win of the afternoon, winning the 200-yard backstroke in a time of 2:02.91 to earn the five second victory.

 Leskovansky and Randolph both picked up individual victories in the final two individual events on the afternoon. Leskovansky won the 100-yard butterfly in a time of 55.50 and Randolph won the 200-yard IM, racing a time of 2:03.47.

The Bearcats will take the next month off for the Christmas holiday before returning to action on Saturday, January 18 when they host Chatham in a meet at the Resnick Pool. The meet is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. and senior day festivities will take place prior to the meet.
