Multiple Bearcats earn CSC Academic All-District Honors

GREENWOOD, Ind. (June 19)- Multiple Saint Vincent student-athletes were named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team, announced by the CSC.

To be considered for CSC Academic All-District, nominees must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically. Undergraduates must have a 3.5 cumulative grade point average (4.0 scale). There are also specific requirements per sport that student athletes must meet to earn the honor and those can be found on the CSC's website.

On the women's side, Gabby Salandro (women's lacrosse), Carolina Walters (women's lacrosse/tennis), Lucy Brayton (women's golf), Elizabeth DeLo (women's golf), Abby Donnelly (women's tennis), Sabine Strickland (women's bowling), and Daphne Stuber (women's bowling) all earned the honor for the Bearcats.

On the men's side Stephen Laun (men's volleyball), Liam McCall (men's lacrosse), Cam Herring (men's lacrosse), and Tyler Nelson (men's volleyball) earned the award for SVC.

The CSC recognizes the nation's top student athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom.
