NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. (July 23)- The Saint Vincent women's lacrosse team was named to the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association Academic Honors Squad for the 2025 season. Additionally, six individual Bearcats were named to the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll as well.

To qualify for the team honor, team's must have posted a 3.2 or higher team GPA for the academic year. To be eligible for the individual honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater. 

Led by first year Head Coach Joe Conner, the Bearcats compiled an impressive 3.43 team GPA.

Earning the individual award for the Bearcats were seniors Addy Carbaugh, Gabby Salandro, Abigail Stewart, and Alexandria Votovich, along with juniors Bethany Smith and Carolina Walters. All six of those student-athletes were also named to the Presidents Athletic Conference Spring Academic Honor Roll.

The IWLCA has named 383 schools across Division I, II, III, and NAIA as IWLCA Academic Honor Squads for the 2024-25 academic year, while they also honored 1,286 student-athletes from 201 different institutions on the 2024-25 IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll.
