TRAFFORD, Pa. (Mar. 30)- Saint Vincent freshman softball player Emily Dudenhoeffer was named the Presidents Athletic Conference Newcomer of the Week in softball.

Dudenhoeffer hit .363 (4-for-11) with three RBIs, four runs scored, and a double during the Bearcats' 3-2 week.

She went 2-for-4 against La Roche, driving in a run with a double in the first inning and adding another RBI single in the sixth. She followed that up by going 2-for-5 in the Geneva doubleheader with another RBI on Wednesday, then added a double in game one of the Allegheny sweep and drove in two more runs in game two.

Dudenhoeffer and the Bearcats return to action tomorrow, Tuesday, March 31 with a home PAC doubleheader against Westminster. First pitch for game one is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. at Saint Vincent.
