GROVE CITY, Pa. (Apr. 20)- The Saint Vincent men's golf team placed fourth in the 14-team field at the Grove City College Invitational on Monday afternoon at Grove City Country Club.
Owen Miele was Saint Vincent's top finisher, shooting a round of 77 (+5). He carded 10 pars and two birdies over the course of his round to lead the Bearcats.
Owen Dzurko shot a round of 80 (+8) to finish t-18th for Saint Vincent. He recorded a birdie and 10 pars.
Brendan Cooley and
David Newsom both shot rounds of 83 for Saint Vincent at the event. Cooley recorded four birdies and two pars, while Newsom totaled four birdies and five pars for the Bearcats.
Logan Clark added a round of 86 for Saint Vincent. He recorded a birdie and five pars for Saint Vincent.
Saint Vincent will next compete at the final two rounds of the Presidents Athletic Conference Championship on Friday, April 24 and Saturday, April 25. Tee times will begin at 10:30 a.m. at Mill Creek-South Golf Course in Boardman, Ohio.
