Biography
2020-21: Named to the All-PAC first team as a senior. Played in seven games, starting in all seven. Scored in double figures in six out of the seven games she appeared in. Averaged 15.9 points and 5.7 rebounds per game and had 29 steals for the season. Scored 20+ points twice including a career high 26 against Westminster on March 6.
2019-20: Named PAC Women's Basketball Player of the Year and All-PAC First Team. Started all 26 games in her junior season. Averaged 13.8 points per game with 4.6 rebounds and 3.6 assists. Set a career-high in points with 26 against Penn State-Altoona (November 15) and Washington & Jefferson (December 4). Scored in double-digits in 22 games this year with 15+ points in 13 of those games. Also named D3Hoops.com Great Lakes All-Region.
2018-19: Â Earned All-PAC Honorable Mention honors, appearing in 27 games with 26 starts. Â Averaged 6.8 points and 3.3 rebounds per game. Â Grabbed six rebounds in three different games, and set her season-high in points (14) against W&J on November 28. Â Scored in double-figures in points in 9 games, including an 11-point performance against Thomas More in the NCAA Tournament. Â Recorded 6 steals against Westminster on February 2, and had 6 assists against SUNY-Poly on December 22.
2017-18: Two-time PAC Rookie of the Week honoree. Also was named ECAC South Rookie of the Week on Jan. 15. Appeared in 22 games off of the bench as a freshman. Made an immediate impact, averaging 4.6 points and 2.3 assists per contest. Added 23 steals and 11 made three-pointers. Put together a 16 point, 10 assist performance in a win against Thiel College on Jan. 10. Dished out a season-high eight assists in a PAC win on Jan. 27. Scored a season-high 17 points in a key conference win at Grove City on Feb. 3.Â
HIGH SCHOOL: Played four years of high school basketball at Hampton High School. Was a standout point guard for the Talbots, received All-Section honors during her sophomore, junior and senior seasons. Earned Team MVP honors during her junior and senior season. Ranks as the fourth all-time leading scorer in school history. Big 52 selection. Earned Tribune Review Player of the Week honors. Competed in the Roundball Classic All-Star game and was the MVP of the Cager Classic All-Star game.Â
PERSONAL: Daughter of Joe and Shannon Lafko. Majoring in psychology at SVC.
