Biography

2016: Saw action in 14 games, making 10 starts. Hit .206 at the plate, with two runs scored and two runs batted in. Made two appearances on the mound, working 2.0 innings and putting together a 4.50 ERA. 

2014-16:  Was a member of the Saint Vincent men's basketball team.

2013-14:  Two-year member of the baseball team at California University of Pennsylvania, appearing in four varsity games.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Played four years of baseball and four seasons of basketball at Butler Area HS.  Served as team captain for two seasons in basketball.

PERSONAL:  Son of Rob and Chris Swartwout, majoring in business management at SVC.
