Biography

2016: Saw action in eight games as a junior. Collected three hits in 16 at-bats for a .188 average. Picked up an RBI on March 24 against Westminster.

2015: Appeared in 20 games, making nine starts. Batted .273 registering, nine hits and scoring seven runs. Also drove in seven runs for the Bearcats. 

2014:  Batted .286 in eight games with three starts.  Scored two runs and drove in another.  Posted a 1.000 fielding percentage.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four year member of the baseball team at Belle Vernon under coach Dan Palm.  Named First Team All-Section in both 2012 and 2013.

PERSONAL:  Son of Mark and Cheryl Simsic, majoring in engineering at SVC.
