Biography

2013: Batted .330, starting 26 games in the field.  Had six doubles and one home run, driving in 13 runs.  Struck out only 9 times in 105 plate appearances.  On the mound, had a 4.44 ERA, second best on the team.  Pitched 50.2 innings in 7 starts with a 2-3 record with one complete game.  Opponents batted just .254 against him, second best on the team.

2012:  Started 34 games, batting .325.  Recorded 37 hits in 114 at bats.  Scored 21 runs and drove in 16.  Struck out just 7 times for the season, and was 7-for-7 in stolen bases. 

2011: Appeared in 32 games, making 26 starts… Batted .287 (25-87) with 19 RBI, four doubles, two home runs, and one triple… Finished the season fourth on the team in RBI (19), home runs (2), and finished fifth on the team in total bases (37)… Went 2-4 in his first career start against St. John Fisher (2-27)… Recorded pair of three RBI games against Milwaukee School of Engineering (2-28) and Wartburg College (3-4)… Hit his first career home run against Thiel College (4-17).

HIGH SCHOOL:  Graduate of Mount Pleasant Area High School... Played four years of both baseball and soccer... Two-time All-Section selection in baseball... Named 2010 WPIAL All-Star... Team captain... Two-time All-Section soccer pick, as well, earning All-WPIAL status in 2009... 

PERSONAL:  Son of Jim and Marty Fearer... Honor student, majoring in Mathematics.
