Biography

2019:  Pitched in 4 games, with one start.  Had an ERA of 5.06 with 10.2 innings of work.  On May 5, worked three innings against nationally ranked W&J, giving up just one unearned run while striking out two.

2018: Appeared in seven games, making two starts on the mound as a freshman. Went 0-1 with a 5.52 earned run average. Did not allow an earned run in four of his six outings. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Three-sport athlete at Blairsville, competing in baseball, football and basketball. Indiana All-Gazette honoree all four seasons. SAFCA Offensive MVP in football. 

PERSONAL: Son of Dan and Sherry Shirley. Majoring in Marketing.
