Biography

2019:  Played in 24 games, starting 17.  Batted .246 with two doubles, one triple, and one home run.  On April 29 against Waynesburg, went 3-for-4 with a home run and 2 RBI.  

2018: Appeared in 30 games, making 29 starts during his sophomore season. Collected 14 hits, nine runs and six RBI. Recorded multi-hit efforts against Albion and Geneva. 

2017: Made 11 appearances as a freshman, including five starts. Tallied two hits and two RBI. Recorded an RBI double on April 20 at Penn State Altoona. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Played four years of baseball at Yough High School. Named First-Team All-Section at shortstop. Helped lead the Cougars to a Section title in 2016. Named Tribune Review Athlete of the Week in 2015. Yough Scholar-Athlete. 

PERSONAL: Grandson of Sandy Kolanko and the late Joe Kolanko. Major in Business.
