Jeff Mallory returned to his alma mater as an assistant coach for the 2009-10 season.
A native of Bedford, VA, Mallory was a four-year starter for the Bearcats, helping to lead the team to three NAIA National Tournament appearances. He set school records in blocked shots, and was the team's leading scorer during his senior season in 2005-06. After graduating in 2006 with a degree in Public Policy, he sat out the 2006-07 due to injury before spending two seasons playing professionally in Spain. As a member of CajaSur, he was a 2-year starter at power forward.
In addition to coaching the centers and forwards for the men's basketball program, Jeff also works full-time at Saint Vincent in Student Life.
Jeff and his wife, Amy, reside in Unity Township.
