2024: Played in 27 matches for the Bearcats over the course of his freshman season... recorded 96 kills, which was good for just under a kill per set at 0.98 K/S, while also recording nine assists as well... also scooped up 47 digs for the Bearcats over the course of the year as well... totaled a program record 63 blocks during his freshman season.

Graduate of Greater Latrobe Senior High School... two-sport athlete for the Wildcats, competing in both volleyball and hockey... a two-year letterman in volleyball, while also earning the Most Improved Player Award, the Latrobe Rising Star Award, and the Latrobe Wall Award for most blocks on the team... also earned the Latrobe Mr. Consistency Award for best percentage of serves at 86 percent, the Latrobe Mr. Reliability Award fo best hitting percentage at a .364 clip, and was named WPIAL Class AA first team honors in 2023... in hockey at Greater Latrobe under head coach Josh Werner he was a three-year letterman, while also earning the Greater Latrobe Hockey Club Most Improved Player Award and earned PIHL recognition for academic excellence... member of the honor roll in high school as well... majoring in business administration with a minor in operational excellence... son of Tony and Kristy Marino... also a member of the Saint Vincent club hockey team.
