Bill Flow joined the Saint Vincent College women’s basketball staff in 2025 as a volunteer assistant coach.
He brings over 15 years of coaching, teaching, and athletic leadership experience to the Bearcats program.
Before arriving at Saint Vincent, Flow served as head girls’ basketball coach at Jeannette High School (PA) and Eastern Randolph High School (NC), as well as head boys’ basketball coach at Southern Alamance High School (NC). His coaching background also includes assistant roles with Penn State Greater Allegheny men’s basketball, along with additional experience coaching high school baseball, football, and golf in North Carolina.
In addition to his coaching career, Flow has served in multiple athletic administrative roles, including athletic director positions at Eastern Randolph and Yough School Districts.
Flow is currently an English teacher at Highlands High School and is the founder of Broadway Mental Performance — a consulting company focused on helping athletes and performers maximize their mental skills and perform under pressure.
He earned his master’s degree in Applied Sport Psychology from Adams State University and his bachelor’s degree in English Education from California University of Pennsylvania.
