2018: Named an All-PAC Honorable Mention selection. Tied for third in NCAA Division III in triple doubles with eight. Recorded triple doubles in four straight contests from Oct. 9 through Oct. 18. Established new career highs in kills (202) and digs (267). Led the team in assists (446) and aces (42) while ranking second in kills (202) and digs (267). Recorded a season-best 15 kills against Bethany on Sept. 27. Recorded 14 kills, 24 assists and 27 digs in a 3-2 win at Chatham on Oct. 11. 

2017: Named All-PAC Honorable Mention. Totaled 830 assists, which was fifth most in the PAC. Added a team-high 45 service aces, which was among the top in the conference. Tallied 243 digs and 122 kills. Racked up a career-high 56 assists in a 3-2 loss to FDU-Florham at the York College Tournament on Sept. 22. Member of the ECAC Fall Academic Honor Roll. 

2016: Named Second-Team All-PAC. Appeared in 28 contests as a sophomore, making 22 starts. O'Dell totaled 588 assists, which was good enough to lead the team and rank sixth in assists/set in the PAC. She racked up a team-best 42 service aces, which helped her earn the fifth highest service aces per set total. Tallied 200 kills, 236 digs and 31 blocks, which all ranked among the top four on the team.
