The Bearcats dropped to 0-2 in the Presidents' Athletic Conference with a loss to Thiel College on the road. 

The final score was 4-2 in a game held under the lights at Mercer High School.

Thiel jumped to the early 1-0 lead, but SVC evened things when Gage Arnold sent a ball through the defense to the foot of Elom Pedanou, who scored to tie the game.

However, the Tomcats added a pair of goals to take a 3-1 lead into the halftime break.

Ben Skvarca got SVC back within one with a 25-yard scoring shot off a deflection after a corner kick, but Thiel added an insurance goal to secure the 4-2 win.

With the loss, Saint Vincent drops to 2-10-2 overall on the season.
