BETHANY, W.Va. (Oct. 15) - The Saint Vincent men's soccer team dropped a 3-0 decision at Bethany in Presidents' Athletic Conference action.

Bethany jumped out to an early 2-0 lead with scores in the sixth and 12th minutes before adding its final goal in the 56th minute.

Powered by 16 first-half shots, the Bison outshot SVC, 25-6, and attempted one more corner kick, 7-6. Juniors Anthony Balistreri and Gage Arnold led the Bearcats in shots with three and two, respectively.

Senior goalkeeper Jake Gilbertson made eight saves in the match.

With the loss, the Bearcats fall to 3-10-1 on the season and 2-3 in PAC action.

SVC will next be in action on Wednesday, Oct. 19 when it hosts Thomas More at 1:30 p.m. on the SVC Turf in a PAC match.
