LATROBE, Pa. –
Kevin Proctor's two-goal, one-assist effort on Saturday afternoon led the Saint Vincent College men's soccer team to its first win in the Presidents' Athletic Conference, as the Bearcats defeated Thiel College 4-0.

Brody Ruffner, who ripped a shot from 18 yards out into the net at 17:07.

At 23:46, Proctor found the back of the net when he scored on a direct kick for his first goal of the afternoon.

Just 3:27 later, the Bearcats made it 3-0 when
Aaron Wilkinson headed in Proctor's corner kick.

Proctor capped the scoring for Saint Vincent at 63:45, firing a shot past the keeper from the left side of the goal to increase his team's lead to 4-0.

Eric Houghton made three saves in goal to record the shutout.

Saint Vincent outshot Thiel 13-8, including a 6-3 advantage in shots on goal.
SVC is now 3-11 on the season and 1-3 in the PAC and will be back in action on Wednesday, October 23 at Geneva at 7 p.m.
