The SVC women's soccer team dropped a Presidents' Athletic Conference matchup at home to Grove City College by a score of 3-0.

It was an even game through the first 17 minutes, before Grove City had its first corner kick opportunity of the day.  Jordyn White sent the ball into the box, and Lindsay Hutton headed it past the Bearcat keeper for a 1-0 Wolverine lead.

Just over 90 seconds later, Ruby Mattson scored off an assist from Krista Heckman to double the lead.

Late in the second half, Elizabeth Donohue made it a 3-0 game with a score off a low cross into the box by Claire Kocur.

Melissa McCarthy took the loss in the net, making 4 first-half saves.  Corinne Burk played the second half and tallied 3 saves.  

Grove City outshot the Bearcats 15-7 on the day, also holding a 10-4 advantage in shots on goal.

The Wolverines are now 11-3 on the year, while the Bearcats fall to 2-6-5.
