FULL RESULTS

The Saint Vincent swimming teams competed at Division II Indiana University of Pennsylvania. The women dropped by a 156-99 margin, while the men fell 154-103 score to the Hawks.
The women started off with a second place finish in the 200 Medley relay. The quartet of
Sarah Sheldon,
Kelly Kramer,
Maddie Bartrug, and
Ciara Lewis clocked in at a time of 1:53.63.
Bartrug led the women's team with second place finishes in the 50 Free (25.57) and the 500 Free (5:24.22).
Hannah Barkey added in a second place in the 1000 Free clocking in at 11:49.15.
In the 100 Backstroke, Sheldon took third touching the wall at 1:05.93.
Carly Grove added in another third place finish in the 100 Breaststroke with a time 1:13.98.
Lewis finished in third in the women's 50 Free touching the wall at 25.82. The junior added in a second place finish in the 100 Free with a time of 56.83.
The women finished the meet with a second place finish in the 200 Free relay.
Claire Kenna, Kramer, Bartrug, and
Tyla Jackson finished up the meet touching the wall at 1:42.42.
On the men's side,
Jacob Davis had a strong performance taking top honors in the 200 Free with a time of 1:46.63. The junior added in another first place finish in the 50 Free touching the wall at 21.93. Davis added in a third place finish in the 100 Butterfly clocking in at 53.70.
Andrew Rectenwald took third in the 100 Backstroke touching the wall at 58.18. The sophomore added in another third place finish in the 200 Backstroke clocking in at 2:06.03.
In the 200 Butterfly,
Zach Baum claimed the third spot with a time of 2:05.70.
Alex Bolen took second in the men's 500 Free touching the wall at 5:12.53.
The quartet of Bolen, Baum,
Matt Tashima, and Davis took top honors in the 200 Free relay. The men out-touched their opponent by .3 clocking in at 1:28.09
The Bearcats will be on the road to compete at the Franklin & Marshall Invitational in Lancaster, Pa. on November 17-19.
