CANONSBURG, Pa. (April 11) – The Saint Vincent men's golf team placed sixth in an 11-team field at the Peter C. Rossin Memorial Invitational, hosted by Washington & Jefferson College at Southpointe Golf Club.
Two Bearcats earned top-25 performances in the 52-player field, led by
Brevin Urso, who fired a round of 86 to tie for 16th.
Alex Jones was SVC's #2 man, shooting a round of 89 to tie for 24th.
Anthony Rendulich and
Colten McCutcheon rounded out the scoring four for the Bearcats, with the former shooting 93 to tie for 34th and the latter 94 to take 38th.
Host Washington & Jefferson won the team championship with a four-man total of 325, 10 shots ahead of second-place Westminster.
Saint Vincent will now have a one-week layoff before returning to action on April 18 at the Westminster College Invitational.
