WHEELING, W.Va. (April 23) – The Saint Vincent men's golf team concluded the 2022 season with the third and final round of the 2022 Presidents' Athletic Conference Championships.
In the final round, held at the Speidel Golf Club at the Ogelbay Resort, the Bearcats shot a four-player team total of 368 to finish the three-round tournament with a total score of 1,050 and place seventh in the team standings.
Colten McCutcheon led the Bearcats on the final day with a round of 83 and was SVC's top finisher in the tournament with a three-round total of 254 (88-83-83) to place 16th in the individual standings.
Brevin Urso, who was named to the PAC's Sportsmanship Team following the tournament, finished 19th in the event with a three-round total of 264 (78-89-97).
Anthony Rendulich placed 21st at 268 (82-86-100) and
Alex Jones, who turned in SVC's second-lowest round on the final day with an 88, placed 22nd overall with a three-round total of 269 (93-88-88).
Westminster College earned the team championship, with a three-round team total of 892, 44 strokes ahead of second-place Washington & Jefferson.
Westminster's Michael Bell turned in the lowest third-round score with a three-over 75, while W&J's Colin Robinson finished as the tournament's overall medalist with a three-round total of 215 (68-71-76).
