INDIVIDUAL RESULTS
The Saint Vincent women's bowling team improved to 37-2 on the season after sweeping a tri-match against Penn State-Behrend and Pitt-Greensburg at Main Bowl in Greensburg.
SVC got off to a fast start, winning a Traditional game against Penn State-Behrend by a score of 1019-781 to open the day.Â
Kaylie Kurland had a 245 game to lead the team, while
Brooke Street added a 235, and
Mareana Pilyih finished with a 207. In a five-game Baker set against the Lions, the Bearcats completed the sweep with a 961-765 victory.
Up next was a two-game match against host Pitt-Greensburg, and SVC once again won the Traditional game, this time by a score of 963-660. Street posted the top score with a 247, while Pilyih added a 199. Street's total of 482 set a new school record for a two-game series.  The Bearcats then won the Baker five-game team set by a score of 840-615.
In Baker play, Street led the team with a per-game average of 182.3, followed by Pilyih (182.5),
Daphne Stuber (181.6)Â and
Savannah Douglass (180). Â
The Bearcats will return to action on Saturday, February 7 with a trip to Oakwood Village, Ohio for an American Heartland tournament. Â
