TRAFFORD, Pa. (May 7)- Five Saint Vincent softball players were named to the Presidents Athletic Conference All-Conference team's announced by the PAC during a selection show earlier this evening.
Junior
Alyssa Henderson and sophomore
Josey Michalski were both named First Team All-PAC. Freshman
Emily Dudenhoeffer was named Second Team All-PAC, while sophomores
Eva Farone and
Taylor Williams both earned a spot on the Honorable Mention All-PAC team.
Henderson had an impressive season for the Bearcats, ranking second in the team in batting average (.422) and third in RBI's (23). She played in all 38 games, starting in 36 of those games where she recorded 49 hits, including nine doubles, while she also scored 11 runs for SVC en route to her first team selection.
Michalski ranked fourth in the PAC with seven homeruns, while she also drove in a Bearcat team-high 44 runs. The sophomore started in all 38 games, compiling 48 hits, 27 runs scored, and a .407 batting average in 107 at bats. She also drew 17 walks over the course of the season for SVC as well.
Dudenhoeffer put together an impressive freshman year for Saint Vincent. She played in all 38 games with 36 starts, compiling a .403 batting average, while hitting two homeruns and driving in 30 RBI's. She scored 34 runs and totaled 50 hits, including 10 doubles and a triple.
Farone was a staple for the Bearcats at the top of their lineup. The sophomore second baseman hit .394 with four homers and 20 RBI's in 35 games for SVC. She recorded 34 hits, while drawing 13 walks, and scoring 27 runs during those 35 games.
Williams played in 35 games with 26 starts for Saint Vincent during her sophomore campaign. She hit .333 with 12 RBI's and 17 runs scored for the Bearcats. She had 27 hits with three doubles, while also drawing four walks as well.

Shayna Perigo was named to the PAC Sportsmanship Team.
