The Saint Vincent men's tennis team beat the Pitt-Greensburg Bobcats in dominating fashion, notching a 9-0 in its first match back from Florida.  With the win, the team improved to 2-2 on the season.

Senior Dan Chirdon, sophomore Anthony Nemanic, and freshman Chris Andrejcik were all perfect on the day, winning 8-0 in their doubles matches and 6-0, 6-0 in their singles matches.

While all three had excellent matches, Chirdon outshined them all by winning the race to finish his match first.

Sophomore Nick Latterner stepped up and played well while filling in for sophomore Nathan Walch, who is temporarily sidelined by injury.  Latterner teamed with Andrejcik at third doubles for an 8-0 victory before winning his singles match 6-2, 6-3.

The Bearcats resume Presidents' Athletic Conference play at home on Friday against the Westminster Titans.  Last season, the teams battled to a close 5-4 match which was won by SVC.
