The Bearcats swept doubles play, claiming all three points in impressive fashion. The first doubles pairing of seniors
Chris Andrejcik and
Vince Anto won 8-0 in their final home match.
Scott Reichard and
Tyler Brinton won decisively, 8-3, at second doubles. Third doubles featured
Dalton Yezovich and
Connor Crowley, who claimed an 8-4 decision. Â This was Crowley's first collegiate win.
Andrejcik capped off his final game at the Greensburg Racquet Club with a straight sets win, 6-3, 6-0, at first singles. The Bearcats continued their winning ways as they won the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth singles points. Mount Aloysius won their lone point of the match at second singles.
The win has Saint Vincent sitting at 4-5 on the season. The Bearcats will be back in action Tuesday, April 21, when they travel to Westminster for their regular season final match before the Presidents' Athletic Conference tournament.
