The Saint Vincent men's tennis team returned to action with an 8-1 win against Presidents' Athletics Conference foe Waynesburg University.
Doubles play opened up with a pair of 8-0 wins at second and third doubles for the Bearcats.
Jonathan Prichard and
Ryan Hartz secured the doubles sweep with an 8-5 victory in the first position.
Hartz pushed the Bearcats closer to victory with a 6-0, 6-1 win at fourth singles. Freshman
Jon Oskin clinched the match for Saint Vincent with a 6-1, 6-1 win at second singles. The Bearcats also captured straight sets wins at first, fifth, and sixth singles.
The win extends the Bearcats' win streak to four and puts their record at 6-2, 3-0 in the PAC. Saint Vincent will be back in action April 8 for a non-conference match against Mount Aloysius.
