LATROBE, Pa. (Oct. 30) – Saint Vincent College will serve as the host for the 2018 NCAA Division III Women's Volleyball Championship, which will take place November 15-17 at the AJ Palumbo Center on the campus of Duquesne University.
 
Saint Vincent and Visit Pittsburgh are teaming up to sponsor the event, which will bring together the top eight teams from around the nation as they vie for the championship crown.
 
Head coach Sue Hozak, who also serves as the Associate Athletic Director and Senior Woman Administrator at Saint Vincent, talked about the opportunity to host a championship level event.
 
"We are looking forward to hosting the 2018 NCAA Division III Women's Volleyball Championship with VisitPittsburgh at the AJ Palumbo Center on the campus of Duquesne University," said Hozak, who will serve as the Tournament Director for the event.
 
"We have been working very hard with our colleagues at Visit Pittsburgh and the staff of the AJ Palumbo Center to create a memorable experience for the eight participating teams."  
 
Saint Vincent will be updating information in a tournament mini-site (https://athletics.stvincent.edu/sports/2018/10/30/2018-ncaa-national-volleyball-tournament.aspx), once the teams have been established through various conference and regional tournaments.
