BEREA, Ohio (May 9)- The Saint Vincent men's and women's track and field team's competed at the Baldwin Wallace Harrison Dillard Twilight meet on Friday night.
Grace Neubert set the Saint Vincent school record in the 1500-meter race. Neubert raced a record time of 4:43.70 to break the school record and finish 14th in the 42-runner field.
Gabrielle Dove also set a Saint Vincent program record, with her record coming in the 100-meter dash. Dove raced a program record time of 12.55 seconds in the event for the Bearcats.Â
Samantha Straub broke the school record in the 400-meter hurdles. Straub raced a record breaking time of 1:07.77 for Saint Vincent in the event.
Jalani Campbell just missed his PR and school record in the 100-meter dash, racing to a time of 11.27 seconds.
Aiden Jackson ran a season best time of 4:06.02 in the 1500-meter race for SVC and
Lily Murphy raced a time of 4:54.62 in the women's portion of the 1500-meter race.
Saint Vincent will now prepare for the AARTFC Outdoor Regional Championships scheduled for Wednesday, May 14 and Thursday, May 15 in Williamstown, Massachusetts.Â
