TRAFFORD, Pa. (Sept. 1)- After an impressive opening weekend sophomore goalkeeper
Rilyn Warner was named the Presidents Athletic Conference's Goalkeeper of the Week.
Warner earns the nod after recording two shutouts in goal, helping lead the Bearcats to two opening weekend victories. In the two shutouts, Warner totaled nine saves for Saint Vincent.
In the Bearcats season opening win against Pitt-Greensburg, the sophomore recorded five saves in a 4-0 Saint Vincent win. She followed that up with four more saves in a 3-0 road victory at Muskingum on Sunday.
Warner and the Bearcats return to action on Saturday, September 6 hosting Marymount in another non-conference matchup. The game is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. on Saturday at UPMC Field.
