LATROBE, Pa. - The Saint Vincent College football team has announced a pair of camps for summer 2022, including a prospect camp for players in grades 9 and up, and the 7-on-7 and Big Man Challenge for high school teams.
The
Prospect Camp is scheduled for 6 p.m., Wednesday, June 29, and is open to football players entering grades 9 through 12. Registration will begin at 4:30 p.m. in the Fred M. Rogers Center located at the entrance of campus.
All participants should wear athletic attire and cleats suitable for both turf and grass surfaces. Helmets are not required for this camp. Campers can bring water bottles and must bring printed, completed camp medical forms upon arrival.
Testing of speed and agility will be evaluated and recorded. Each camper will be assigned a position coach to provide detailed instruction during camp. Camp will conclude with competitions. All participants will receive a camp T-shirt. Upon request, testing results can be emailed to participants via email.

The 7-on-7 and Big Man Challenge is scheduled for Thursday, June 30, from 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Participating 7-on-7 challenge teams will compete in at least five games, plus a single-elimination tournament. Rosters for each team will be capped at 22 players. Teams will be given a 45-60 minute window for lunch. They are responsible for bringing their own lunches, but light concessions will be available throughout the day.
Teams can bring up to 10 members to take part in the Big Man Challenge, which will feature both individual and 1-on-1 drills and competitions.
Helmets are required for all 7-on-7 and Big Man Challenge participants.
Cost is $400 for teams who will be participating in both the 7-on-7 and Big Man Challenge; $300 for those who take part in only the 7-on-7; and $100 for those who take part in only the Big Man Challenge. A $50 deposit will reserve entry. Upon registration, coaches will receive the required medical paperwork, which must be completed by the day of the event.
