Connor Smith and
Mason Krabbe both earned Presidents Athletic Conference Player of the Week honors in men's lacrosse.
Smith was named the Offensive Player of the Week, while Krabbe was named the Specialist of the Week.
Smith recorded 11 total points over the course of the Bearcats' 2-0 week with seven goals and four assists across SVC wins against Franciscan and Allegheny. He also scooped up four ground balls as well.
Smith totaled six points (3g/3a) against Franciscan with all three goals and two assists coming as part of a 9-0 run to begin the game. He followed that up with four goals and an assist, all coming in the first half, in their 14-6 win against Allegheny on Saturday.
Krabbe went 29-for-35 in faceoffs, while scooping up 25 ground balls, causing one turnover, and dished out one assist over the course of the Bearcats' 2-0 week. He went 12-for-13 on faceoffs, while scooping up 13 ground balls in SVC's win against Franciscan on Wednesday.
Krabbe followed that up with 12 ground balls and went 17-of-22 in faceoffs in the Bearcats' win against Allegheny on Saturday.
Smith, Krabbe, and the Bearcats return to action on Wednesday, April 1 with a road PAC matchup at Bethany. The game is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. at Bethany on Wednesday evening.
