The Bearcats lost to Bridgewater College by a score of 3-0 on the second day of the Bridgewater Tournament.

Bridgewater took the lead in the game's 22nd minute with a goal by Jennifer Tompkins.  It would prove to be the only goal of the first half, as well as the game-winner.

The hosts added a pair of tallies in the second half, and kept control of the ball throughout the game.

Bridgewater had a 32-0 advantage over Saint Vincent in corners, and out-shot SVC by a 28-0 margin on the day.  Bearcat goalie Bridget Harner made 17 saves.

With the loss, Saint Vincent drops to 1-4 on the season.  The team will have a week off before hosting Hood College on the SVC Turf next Sunday, September 18, at 4PM.
