TRAFFORD, Pa. (June 17)- The Presidents Athletic Conference has announced that 110 Saint Vincent College student-athletes have been named to its 2025 Spring Academic Honor Roll.
Saint Vincent's 110 selections were the third most in the 11-team conference with Hiram still being considered as an affiliate member.
The PAC Academic Honor Roll recognizes student-athletes on varsity sports teams who achieve a grade point average of 3.60 or higher (on a 4.0 scale) during their season of competition. The spring Academic Honor Roll recipients represent the sports of baseball, men's basketball, golf, track and field, men's lacrosse, swimming, men's tennis, women's basketball, men's volleyball, softball, women's lacrosse, and wrestling.
Overall, in the conference, the PAC set a new record of student-athlete recipients with 1,057 student athletes earning the academic honor. The 1,057 student athletes breaks the previous record of 929 set last spring. In addition, adding the Spring total to the 897 who earned a spot on the Fall 2024 Academic Honor Roll, the PAC recognized a combined 1,954 student-athletes between the Fall and Spring semesters. That total surpasses the old record of 1,791 set in the 2023-24 academic year.
Sports included in the PAC Academic Honor Roll for the Spring 2025 semester are: BASE (baseball); MBB (men's basketball); MGLF (men's golf); MITF (men's indoor track and field); MLAX (men's lacrosse); MOTF (men's outdoor track and field); MSD (men's swimming and diving); MTEN (men's tennis); MVB (men's volleyball); WBB (women's basketball); WGLF (women's golf); SOFT (softball); WITF (women's indoor track and field); WLAX (women's lacrosse); WOTF (women's outdoor track and field); WRES (wrestling); WSD (women's swimming and diving).
